Ashton cut my son’s hair. She did a good job on the cut, but then when we were paying she recommended a clarifying shampoo for my son. I told her no, I had some already. She then told me to be careful which ones I use it can dry the scalp. Ok, thanks for the advice... I did not tell her I’d take the shampoo, she rang it up anyway. It made the whole thing really awkward at how forceful she was over product sale. I will NEVER be back, so rude!

This was my first experience with Sport Clips. I'll be back! Hayley was great! She did better than I asked for in a timely manner, was a pleasure to talk to and gets a 10 out of 10 for customer service. I stopped in spur of the moment and glad I did!

I have been trying to get a pay stub and a letter of separation from this company the manager will not give out the owners phone number this should of been done when I was re leaved from working there. I have contacted my manager Ginger thatcher by Text 2 times about this and Tammy the supposed district manager . Will the owner PLEASE contact me . and give me my pay stub and letter of separation or I will have to get the labor board to investigate this for me pronto I have asked I have waited and not I want answers.

I was fired Tammy said I got A review from a unhappy customer after she braced about the girl she took from another store the owner does not own another Sports Clips. She said its against the rules and giggled about it . the next day she told me I was not good enough and belittled me and my work I returned my shirts as she asked and her clippers she loaned me and flipped out in the training class the way I was rolling the cord around them in front of everyone . I asked my Manager Ginger Thacher if I had any bad reviews she said no . Nothing like Tammy was saying . she gave me a note that she received said above items. And I said it was nice knowing her and she said the same she wished me well and I left . Tammy has called and relentlessly belittled my work . this has been a very upsetting experience for me .
