My son's hair was butchered. Way too short and uneven in the back. Patchy and extremely strange cut around ears. If we get it fixed his whole had would need to be buzzed. So disappointing. We'll never be back.

We waited for a hr only for his name to come “on deck” and the lady couldn’t do his cut or didn’t feel confident. Soooo we went back to waiting.... and waiting. Shirley was working circles around the other woman. Three hair cuts to their one. It was like a dang sorority house. Phones out laughing and talking to each other’s customers. It is the slowest moving group of women I have seen in my life. Thank god they are not nurses, because some one would die. This was our first and last time coming here. Horrible experience and customer service.
