Checked in online and was told it would be a 25 minute wait. Arrived at the time it said to check in by and still had to wait another 50 minutes to be seen. What’s the point of online check in when you still have to wait far beyond appointment time? It’s like they don’t want to take your money or something. Blows my mind how difficult it is just to get a simple haircut in this town.

Best place I’ve been to people are nice and my stylist was awesome and professional, she gave me the best cut and service I’ve probably ever had , thanks

Check in online got there took two customers who signed in after I had gotten there were taken not the first time I've had this happen
